ORKS, Elves and cannon what’s not to like about the latest Total War project.
For all those who have spent , or still do, far too many hours painting small metal figures of goblins, ghouls, dwarves and undead to do battle across a table top armed only with dice and imagination then hold your breath.
Creative Assembly the producers of the epic Total War series are producing a Warhammer version for the next instalment of the game.
For the uninitiated, Warhammer is the tabletop fantasy battle produced by Games Workshop. GW has licensed companies in the past like Relic to produce computer versions of their games however previous offering have never hit the mark.

The TW series broken new ground in the strategy games market, in effect they became the benchmark by which other games are matched.
Controversy has dogged Creative Assembly since September 2013 when its much-anticipated title Total War Rome 2 was heavily criticised for not being fully tested, subject to crashes and fans despised the user interface.
Creative Assembly had to release patches and fixes culminating in the release in February 2015 of Total War – Attila that’s almost 18 months before all those issues were finally settled.
