FANS of 80s classic action film, Lethal Weapon, will be excited to know that FOX are bringing it back, but this time in a pilot on the small screen.
The 1987 original, starred Mel Gibson and Danny Glover, as partners in crime in the Los Angeles Police Department.
But sadly, to quote Glover's character, Danny Murtaugh, "I'm too old for this shit," there are no plans to bring back the tag team for the TV pilot.
Instead, FOX will take on the task of producing the reboot
It's no easy task - the original four films grossed nearly $1 billion worldwide.
But staying true to the films, it's all about Texas cop and former Navy SEAL Martin Riggs (originally played by Gibson) who loses his wife and baby and moves to LA for a new start.
It's there he's partnered with LAPD detective Roger Murtaugh (Glover), who, having recently suffered a "minor" heart attack, must avoid getting stressed out.
Cue the murders, drug smuggling and everything in between
